Delivery & Shipping
The majority of products on our website are hand made, every product is packaged and sent out to you as soon as possible, most orders are sent out within 3-5 working days. This doesn't include shipping time. We keep information on the website as up to date as we can, but if you want to check anything, just drop us an email at cleomaecandles@outlook.com or message our Instagram page @cleomaecandle.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your item/s. Your item/s must be unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of the items but not the shipping. Any refunds will be processed using the same method of payment.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or give refunds on items that have been opened or appear to have been used. Please return the package in a secure cardboard box and insure it, as we are not responsible for items that are returned damaged. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has been shipped to you.
Orders shipped internationally can take a little longer due to customs inspection. Delivery may also take longer during holidays and special dates.
You are responsible for payment of any import fees, duty and taxes when making an international order.
It is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, national and international laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and you the customer are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, as well as any form of legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in that particular country or region.
We are not responsible if your order gets lost or damaged in the post as we can send you a proof of postage and all of our orders are packaged carefully. We ship all orders to the shipping address you provide at checkout, so we accept no responsibility or liability for goods not received due to an incorrect or change of address.
If for any reason your package has been returned to Cleo Mae and you wish it to be re-sent, you will be charged a reshipping cost by weight.
